Crone and Sage

C-S-200“Crone and Sage” was born in 2011 as a result of online discussions about Janine Donnellan’s article The Invisible Generation – Pagan Elders, which was first published in the February 2011 Axis Mundi. Janine subsequently put forward the idea that perhaps a project could be started where the stories of elder Pagans (and Pagan Elders) could be collected and published online. This suggestion was met with enthusiasm by many people, which led to the creation of this website. Eventually people lost interest and stopped contributing so the website was closed after a couple of years.

This website was made using the “Twenty Ten” theme from and featured a sunset photo I took from my backyard and stock photos of “old people” found online. Click here to explore the Crone and Sage website on the “Internet Archive WayBack Machine”.
